Nouveau : L’aquabike ou les bienfaits du vélo dans l’eau.

Le vélo aquatique se pratique sur des vélos spécialement conçus pour ce sport. Il associe les bienfaits du vélo d’appartement à ceux de l’aquagym, muscle les cuisses et les mollets, mais  propose une activité d’endurance qui permet de brûler des calories et d’affiner sa silhouette.

Destiné à tous les publics, ce concept de vélo aquatique, intense et dynamique permet des résultats et des plaisirs variés.

Comme les autres activités, les cours d’aquabike fonctionnent avec notre système de carte. Seule obligation : la réservation par SMS (pour l’instant) au 06 75 24 06 99, le nombre de places par cours étant limité. Prochainement, la réservation des cours pourra se faire directement par le biais de ce site.

Isabelle:  last year we had a lot of snow at this time
Isabelle:  my daughter was unable to drive back home from the university and ought to sleep in an hotel
Isabelle:  a lot of people have had to sleep in their car on the road
Isabelle:  she was lucky to have the last room in this hotel

r.milne174:   dont think you’ll get snow in India
Isabelle:  they told me it will be winter and it will be very cold

Isabelle:  my niece is living in south west of france and married with a native of this region
Isabelle:  he has a very hard accent
Isabelle:  but when they come here, he is unable to understand us because he finds we speak too fast
Isabelle:  and i have a lot of difficulties to understand him because of his accent
